WE ARE BASED IN THE UK AND ALL ITEMS ARE POSTED FROM THE UK
All fine art is shipped by courier. Dispatch takes place within 14 days of purchase. Our
open editions are created to order, whereas limited editions are already in stock and
can be dispatched sooner. Framing will add additional time to the order as we must then
construct the frame and mount the image. We will update you via email as to the progress
of your order and of course you can contact us at any time.
Silver Gelatin and Type C prints are shipped rolled in a thick cardboard tube. If you
would rather they were sent flat in a box please contact us to let us know before ordering.
Giclee and Canvas prints are always sent flat.

We are absolutely confident you will be delighted with your purchase of fine art. This is
why we have spent so much time researching the best printers and perfecting the images.
However, if for any reason you are not happy - please contact us to return the order,
undamaged in it's original condition, for a refund or replacement (whichever you choose) less
postage. Note that while the art work is in your possession or being shipped by you back to
us it is your responsibility (so please be sure to insure the item correctly in case of
damage or loss and pack securely).
WHAT WILL APPEAR ON MY CARD STATEMENT?
SILVERCANVAS will appear on your statement. Packages also have a return address for silvercanvas on them
but are otherwise plainly wrapped.
We do not keep customer records beyond the time taken to process the order. We do not sell or pass on customer
records to any third party. We do not add you to any mailing lists. Our mailing lists are maintained separately
to order information and are opt in only.
