NO COMPROMISE ON QUALITY

We do not compromise in any way on the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with anything simply send it back intact and undamaged within 14 days and we'll refund you in full (less postage) no questions asked.

WHAT COMES WITH THE PRINTS

Open edition prints come signed by the photographer on verso (on the back) in pencil and with a photographer signed certificate to prove that they are genuine artworks. The certificates also contain additional notes about the image, when it was taken, under what conditions and any interesting anecdotes that we feel you might like to know about the history of the image. Limited edition prints (when available) come also signed in the same way and with a certificate but are also numbered.

SIZING

We only sell our fine art selection prints in the sizes specified. These sizes have been chosen by Henry Jaremko to be the optimal size for the individual art works. If you require a different size and the print is an "open edition" you may contact us for advice. Limited edition prints by nature are only available in the sizes displayed.

SILVER GELATIN AND TYPE C PRINTS

These are created using a Lamda lightjet printer. The silver gelatin prints are printed on Ilford Resin Coated Digital Pearl paper. The type C prints are printed onto Fuji Crystal archive paper. Both types of print are guaranteed archival and will last at least a lifetime if not more when correctly stored/displayed.

GICLEE PRINTS

The Giclee prints are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper with a weight of 308gsm. UltraChromeHDR archival inks are used. As with the regular photo prints these will last at least a lifetime if not more before showing any signs of colour alteration. Black and white prints will probably last several lifetimes.

CANVAS

Canvas prints are printed to the same high standards and archival quality and are available as 40mm deep wall hangings. If you require a deeper canvas we can optionally produce 70mm. Please contact us by email before ordering if you wish this.

UNFRAMED

Unframed we usually send Silver Gelatin and Type C prints rolled in a tube. Giclee prints are sent flat. We would not recommend rolling Giclee prints - however if you would prefer your Silver Gelatin or Type C print sent flat please contact us before ordering.

FRAMING

If you choose us to do your framing rather than using a local expert we have defaults we work with to make ordering simpler. We always use black edged frames with a single top mount of acid free ivory museum quality board. The prints are fixed non-destructively (so can be removed should you ever wish to do so) using archival PH neutral tape and hinging joints. These options are very similar to the type of framing you see at photographic exhibitions at museums or elsewhere. If you require different options from the defaults - e.g. a colour other than black for the frame - or a top and bottom mount etc. then just email us before your purchase with your requirements.

SHIPPING

Silver Gelatin and Type C prints are by default sent rolled in a thick cardboard tube. If you would prefer they were sent to you flat - then please contact us before ordering. Giclee prints and Canvases are always sent flat.
